Headed by Chef De Cuisine, Kenny Trinh, diners are immersed in authenticity, with the aroma of this traditional cooking-style taking hold as the iron plates fire.

Menu items include Humpty Doo barramundi and Japanese scallops served with butter soy sauce, tropical lobster tail with herb butter, Kiwami Wagyu striploin (Marble Score 9, 100g) and a selection of sashimi, sushi and tempura offerings.
