One of Adelaide’s most prestigious catering companies, Quality Events has announced an exclusive addition to their dining experiences at Adelaide Zoo.

The four-course menu, with matching wines through a partnership with the Adelaide Zoo and Grapes for Good takes place amongst the unique and stunning grounds of Adelaide Zoo.

Chef Chris Mahony heads the menu, which includes a variety of dishes that highlight the seasons freshest ingredients, and feature infused traditional and modern flavours.

Each course has been designed to pair with a wine selected by a sommelier from some of South Australia’s best wineries, ensuring a perfect blend of flavours.

It’s available to guests who dine within one of six locations at the Zoo; either dining under the stars, surrounded by exotic wildlife, interactive animal experiences or at the Fig Tree function room.

Director of Quality Events, Steve Finlayson says introducing this experience caters to guests looking for that extra special experience.

“We are incredibly excited to showcase our Chef’s culinary expertise and look forward to creating events, conferences, weddings or private parties that are not only delicious and memorable, but sustainable”, says Steve.

Wine offerings with the menu are courtesy of an exclusive collaboration with Zoos SA, and the ‘Grapes for Good’ initiative.

Six wineries from the Langhorne Creek region, have come together to create a unique mix of wines to support conservation efforts, with part proceeds from the sale of their wines supporting Zoos SA’s conservation mission.

Kimbolton Wines, Bleasdale, Bremerton, Lake Breeze, The Winehouse and Vineyard Road wineries, are among those featured.
