Adelaide’s Finest have taken supermarket visits to a new culinary level with their latest immersive sensory food experience.
Explore a food-lovers’ wonderland at Adelaide’s Finest, Pasadena Foodland through their weekly Locale Food Tours.
The culmination of 70 years of retailing excellence, Pasadena Foodland is far more than an award-winning supermarket – it’s also a bustling hospitality and retail innovation hub.
Their Locale Food Tour allows customers to discover the food, wine, and coffee culture of its vibrant shopping and dining precinct.
Developed with guidance from the South Australian Tourism Commission (SATC), this hands-on, small group experience includes spice blending, insights into chocolate making and wood oven cooking, a taste of coffee, and an introduction to salumi.
The tour also celebrates the history and philosophy of the Chapley family and shares the unique stories of local producers with generous tastings along the way and insider cooking tips.
Choose from two Locale Food Tour options: A standalone 90 minute tour with generous tastings and interactive experiences ($89) or stay on after the tour for a chef’s table lunch experience at Pasadena’s flagship restaurant, Mr Nick’s Kitchen ($149).
