Chef Arriola has worked in notable restaurants across the globe, including a 3-star Michelin restaurant in Spain, and other respected grills in Argentina, Indonesia, and New Zealand.

His skill in ‘nose-to-tail’ cooking brings an unbeatable Argentinean dining experience to Adelaide.

Succulent meats are prepared in the true Argentinean way and slow-cooked to perfection by talented in-house Grill Masters, creating that mouth- watering smoky flavour.

The menu also showcases some of South Australia’s finest seafood, alongside hearty vegetarian dishes, providing a unique culinary experience for both meat-lovers and vegetarians alike.
