Almost two years on from the state-of-the-art kitchen development and completion, Pirate Life Port Adelaide are gearing up for another summer of pushing the envelope on your average pub grub.

Expanding the pub-food brief, the kitchen is serving up a lengthy menu which features plenty of vegetarian options as well as and array of brand new dishes.

Making good use of its impressive 5 x 1.5metre fire pit, snacks and small options are up front featuring prawn brioche buns with 1000 island dressing, kingfish sashimi with coconut and lime, pork rillette with mustard pickles and sourdough to name a few.

A Mayura classic cheeseburger, chicken katsu sando with wombok slaw, and beer battered whiting with chips make up the larger options.

“We believe going out for a beer or a glass of wine and connecting with people over a meal is food for the soul”, says Pirate Life Head of Hospitality, Katie van de Merwe.

“With that in mind, this summer you can expect to see a revamp on some of our classic dishes, Sunday spit rotisserie and then the chefs having some fun with rustic plates”.

Open 7 days a week with all-day dining from 11am, make sure to grab a taste of Pirate Life this summer.
