STH is a stylish cafe-restaurant presenting seasonally inspired dishes, with all day dining on Thursday, Friday and Saturday’s, and breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesdays.

Situated at the city-side of King William Road, its design draws inpiration from the classic brassieres and bistros of Europe, and is grounded in the Italian heritage of its owner, Mark Zito.

STH offers an Australian-Asian fusion menu curated from local produce, and produce that is cultivated and procured from the Zito’s family farm in the Barossa Valley.

Free range farm eggs, plus fresh herbs and vegetables grown on the property are all showcased in the menu.

Guided by the creative direction and design of Adrian Condina, a true Adelaide dining experience is at the core of its concept, although referencing Continental Europe of the past, it is inimitably Australian in feel.

The rear of the restaurant hosts a service bar for the restaurant and for the takeaway ‘coffee crowd’.

The colours, textures and stylistic design present a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers to relax and unwind with a delicious meal.

It’s comfortable and ambient surrounds has given it the feel that its always been part of the culinary fabric of King William Road.
