Internationally acclaimed chef Nic Watt’s French-Vietnamese Espresso Bar and Bistro features a sophisticated interior and a striking two-storey portrait of ‘Madame Hanoi’ by acclaimed local artist Emma Hack. The menu, inspired by his travels throughout Vietnam, features uniquely Vietnamese and unmistakeably French dishes sitting alongside dishes that blend the two in Madame Hanoi’s famous style.
