Elegant and artistic as the dishes may look, the flavours are a no holds barred celebration of produce at its very best, including foraged finds from the kitchen garden and surrounding land, and from local artisan producers who have themselves been reaping the harvest of the fertile soils north east of Adelaide for generations.

Using all South Australian proteins, and turning out their own bread, butter, cheese and smallgoods, Topiary’s menu is thoroughly modern, yet strongly respectful of traditional techniques.
