Just 25 minutes from the Adelaide CBD, is the stunningly located and multi-award winning Uraidla Hotel.
This charming, character-filled venue is home to a renowned restaurant, brewery, cafe and bakery, all set amongst the stunning Piccadilly Valley in the Adelaide Hills.
The menu boasts a range of innovative and flavoursome dishes, like their eight-hour smoked najobe beef rib with ancho chilli and Uri beer brine rub. Or – if veg is more your thing, a smoked beetroot salad with candied walnuts, wild rice, nastursium, ancient leaves, beetroot chips and orange coco labne.
Paired with one of their own brews, wine or cocktail and you’ll soon find yourself settled in for the day.
A breakfast menu kicks-off their weekends, with offerings like creole clue swimmer crab scramble, with
shallot, green capsicum, red capsicum, tangy seasoning, lime wedge, herb salad and buttered sourdough toast.
The historical pub underwent major renovations, and features an inviting fire-place on entry, as well as two bar areas and a large ‘glasshouse’ dining space.
Head outside, and there’s ample space for families to disperse, as well as private nooks amongst the fauna that are as charming as the classic car couches that sit beside the deck.
Next door, is the Uraidla Brewery, Bakery and cafe, allowing visitors to taste a brew or two, and purchase freshly baked pastries and a warming hot drink.
The Uraidla Hotel is a must-visit on your next trip to the Adelaide Hills, just head there knowing that you won’t want to leave!
