Head Chef Fred Caballero’s menu is a Filipino flavour-driven ride through the dishes of South East Asia, drawing on his childhood and travels to create rich and robust flavours, made to be shared. We have street food favourites including BBQ skewers, Filipino oxtail stew and duck adobo. Our house signature dish is the Knockout Knuckle, a marinated, braised and deep fried pork hock, served with steamed rice, pickled pawpaw salad and our own dipping sauces.
We have lighter options and traditional Filipino desserts. And we have weekly specials, including cocktails on Thursdays and beer on Fridays – a great way to start your weekend. Or make it easy and let Nino choose for you.
