The National Wine Centre of Australia is home to the largest open cellar in the southern hemisphere, housing the most comprehensive collection of Australian wines from well-known, emerging and rare or unique brands.

Over 120 wines from 55 of Australia’s 65 wine regions are available for tasting at the NWC’s WINED Bar, with offerings to suit any palate or budget.

Choose your tasting or let their Head Sommelier make a selection for you, of which can then be purchased by the glass or bottle and teemed with brunch, lunch or dinner.

For a more bespoke affair, let a member of the sommelier team take you through a master class of Australian wines – tasting a range of varieties by type or region and accompanying them with a selection of canapés designed by the NWC’s Executive Chef.

Or, opt to book a private dining experience, with a four-course lunch or dinner and wine carefully matched by their Head Sommelier based on the theme of your choosing.

The NWC aims to represent the Australian Wine Industry to locals, interstate and international visitors, and as such hosts one of the largest wine tasting facilities in the world.

More than just vino, the NWC is a must-visit for a well-rounded and educated wine and dining experience.
