Maxwell offers a versatile range of dining menus. From a relaxed a la carte menu to The Maxwell-Explored (four-course) and Maxwell-Dined (six-course) tasting menus all evolving through the seasons to take advantage of the freshest produce from our kitchen gardens.
Beyond an impressive limestone fireplace lies our cellar door, where you can experience the full range of Maxwell wines informally or through a personally guided wine or mead flight paired with delicate appetisers from the kitchen.
Tucked behind the winery, a hidden cave offers a unique subterranean setting for intimate dining, celebrations or corporate gatherings. Carved out of the limestone hill by one man over 100 years ago, the cave is still used for its original purpose (growing a range of mushrooms for use in the restaurant).
