The Feathers Hotel Precinct is taking flight and soaring to new heights with the launch of its new Greenhouse Restaurant this week.

Set amongst an elegant atrium-style space that simply oozes an aura of sophistication, The Greenhouse Restaurant have created a classy dining experience for patrons with the debut of a new menu and fine wine cellar.

Newly appointed Executive Chef Luke Brabin has crafted an exciting new menu that highlights SA’s best local suppliers and incorporates Singaporean elements, with inspiration drawn from the British Empire’s historical journey into Southeast Asia.

“Expect your tastebuds to dance along the spice trails of Singapore, China
and Malay whilst savouring the very best local produce on offer. I hope our diners enjoy eating it as much as I’ve loved preparing it,” Chef Luke said.

Signature dishes on The Greenhouse Restaurant’s new menu include Singaporean chilli soft-shell crab, Cone Bay barramundi in assam sour broth with okra, spice trail duck masala and a succulent Nonya beef cheek with toasted coconut.

In addition to the launch of The Greenhouse Restaurant, the Feathers Hotel will also be showcasing a broader stunning refurbishment across the precinct, which includes a new-look lavish Garden Bar and luxurious Lounge.

“We are thrilled to bring people a brand new sophisticated dining space, as well as our new-look Garden Bar and Lounge, which completes our broader entertainment precinct,” Matthews Hospitality Operations Manager and Director, Shaun Matthews, said.
