From the family that brought you Chianti and Bar Torino, comes a new casual dining restaurant, Rozelle’s at the iconic Carrick Hill.
Rozelle’s promises to deliver the best of the European food and culture to the suburbs with a menu flooded with wood fire oven dishes, perfect for sharing.
Not afraid to sling a pizza or a spritz, the team behind the venue encourages visitors to enjoy antipasti, wood fire oven pizzas and an assortment of bites on the menu.
The balcony of Rozelle’s overlooks the gardens of Carrick Hill, the perfect setting for an event or a long lunch with friends.
Jessica Favaro- Richards and Nicholas Favaro are the brains behind the venue and are looking forward to revealing Rozelle’s to visitors.
“Rozelle’s is all about bringing European summer vibes to the beautiful outskirts of Adelaide”, says Jessica.
“Anticipate a menu driven by our family’s love of food, flavours, sharing and creating good times – the menu is everything we love about relaxed Italian food and dining”
“Rozelle’s will have a wine list that matches its wholesome flavours featuring favourite local producers for visitors who are looking to enjoy the view in style in the venue”.
The menu comes from the heart and soul of the passionate and skilled venue group Executive Chef, Josh Cooke, who trained under British chef Rick Stein and worked alongside Jock Zonfrillo as Head Chef at the Adelaide institution, Orana.
The restaurant is the next phase of the Favaro Group of venues and the first step for Jessica and Nicholas as they take over the venues the family have worked to establish.
Rozelle’s will open Wednesday to Sunday and most Public Holidays 10am-4:30pm, while being available for private hire after Carrick Hill opening hours.
