South Australian independently owned and run print publication, Adelaide Dining Magazine has announced its inaugural awards program in celebration of 10 years in business.

Reserved for restaurants, venues and individuals featured in the magazine, the awards recognise the outstanding contribution of businesses to South Australia’s hospitality sector.

“These restaurants and their respective teams work tirelessly to ensure their guests are treated to a premium dining experience”, says Adelaide Dining Magazine Director, Shantal Hart.

“They are deserving of recognition for their efforts, and these awards are a way of saying ‘thank you’ for their commitment to the industry”

First circulated in 2014, Adelaide Dining Magazine has been supporting SA’s hospitality industry ever since, with its premium print publication distributed throughout the states hotels, business lounges and tourist hot spots.

“Our 2024 edition marks the 10-year anniversary of the magazine, and what better way to celebrate than to recognise the outstanding work of the clients and businesses that are featured”, says Ms Hart.

Shadow Minister for Tourism and Hospitality and Deputy Leader of the Opposition, Hon. Jing Lee MLC told parliament of the importance of publications like Adelaide Dining Magazine, in further supporting and strengthening South Australia’s hospitality sector.

“Restaurants and eateries in Adelaide Dining Magazine are given maximum exposure to thousands of local and international visitors coming into South Australia”, Ms Lee said.

“The mission of this magazine is simple: its focus is to help all people find the food they would like to eat – from a family meal to the fine dining gastronomic experience, the choice is entirely up to the customers”.

Taking a year break in production during the pandemic, Adelaide Dining Magazine celebrated its return in November last year with a launch event that coincided with the release of its 2023 edition.

“It was a wonderful occasion and it was great to have clients of the magazine, industry leaders, media and government representatives all in the same room celebrating hospitality in SA”, says Ms Hart.

“We will be celebrating the release of our 2024 edition and our impending ten-year anniversary at our next annual launch on November 27”.

The launch will also play host to the awards ceremony, with the winners to be announced on the evening.
